Security Officer (LLB Required) - Chandigarh

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Officer with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect company assets, personnel, and information. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

Manage and supervise the security team, ensuring effective deployment and performance.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending appropriate responses.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national security regulations and laws, particularly those pertaining to the chemical industry.

Liaise with external law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

Oversee access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.

Provide security awareness training to employees.

Manage security budgets and vendor relationships.
