Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Security Officer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical and information security of our corporate facilities and assets. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, understanding of security protocols, and creative problem-solving skills, leveraging the design thinking principles acquired during the M.Des program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor security procedures and protocols across the Noida facility.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Investigate security incidents and breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Manage access control systems and visitor logs.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities management to ensure integrated security solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and best practices in the emerging technologies sector.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to propose innovative security solutions and improve existing systems.
