Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and vigilant Security Officer with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel within the urban transport sector. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, incident response, and the implementation of robust security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.

Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, and respond to any alerts.

Develop and implement security procedures and policies to ensure the safety of staff, passengers, and property.

Investigate security breaches and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Manage access control systems and ensure compliance with security regulations.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Provide security awareness training to employees.

Maintain a professional and authoritative presence to deter potential threats.
