Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of its personnel, assets, and facilities across its operational areas in India. The Security Officer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing security protocols, managing security staff, and responding to any security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security department, including staff supervision and scheduling.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage access control systems and ensure the security of entry and exit points.

Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and respond to any alerts or suspicious activities.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and organizational policies.

Conduct security awareness training for staff and volunteers.
