Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, personnel, and information by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe and secure working environment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses of company premises and operations.
- Oversee and manage access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, taking appropriate action.
- Investigate security breaches, theft, and other incidents, preparing detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter unauthorized activities.
