Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our manufacturing facility, assets, and personnel. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to respond effectively to security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure security and identify any potential risks or unauthorized access.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Control access to the facility, verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor records.
- Assist in enforcing company security policies and procedures.
- Report any security incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities to the supervisor.
- Conduct preliminary investigations of security breaches or incidents.
- Provide basic security support and guidance to employees and visitors.
