Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Monitor surveillance systems and access control to ensure facility security.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage security personnel and provide training on security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, including fire, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Maintain and update security documentation and records.
