Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Services professional to join our team at VA Tech Wabag Limited. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel across various project sites and operational areas within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing security operations to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of facilities and project sites.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including guards and surveillance teams.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Manage visitor access and control entry/exit points.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
