Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our Security Services team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in supporting the overall security posture of our rapidly growing EdTech platform, ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations and user data. You will be involved in various aspects of security operations, policy enforcement, and incident response, contributing to a secure learning environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures relevant to the EdTech environment.
- Monitor security systems and alerts for potential threats and anomalies, escalating as necessary.
- Conduct regular security awareness training sessions for employees, focusing on best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
- Support the investigation of security incidents, including data breaches, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into daily operations.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, particularly those affecting online platforms and educational institutions.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential security gaps.
- Respond to security-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
