Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Services professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within our architectural and interior design projects, ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and sensitive information. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, incident management, and the implementation of robust security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for projects.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Manage and supervise on-site security personnel, including guards and access control staff.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Manage security budgets and procurement of security equipment.
