Role Summary:
HAL is seeking a diligent and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations at its facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and information, and for implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of security guards and personnel.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of premises, including access points, perimeters, and sensitive areas.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
- Manage access control systems and ensure authorized entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Investigate security incidents, disturbances, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Develop and conduct security awareness training for staff.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.
