Security Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the security operations at our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises, implementing security protocols, and managing a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems, responding promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.

Manage access control systems and ensure that only authorized personnel are granted entry.

Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and personnel.

Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
