Security Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Security Supervisor with an M.Com background to oversee and manage security operations at our Lucknow facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in security management, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and premises, while also contributing to efficient operational management through your financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement security policies and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage access control systems and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain inventory of security equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on security-related matters, including employee background checks and training.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the security department, including budget monitoring and expense tracking, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national security regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to junior security staff.
