Security Supervisor

Role Summary: The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day security operations at HAL facilities, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and information. This role requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including guards and patrol officers.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and access control systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Manage visitor access, vehicle movement, and material movement within the premises.
• Investigate security incidents, breaches, and anomalies, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor security staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders when necessary.
