Security Supervisor (B.Tech/B.E. Required) - Mangalore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Supervisor with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures to protect company assets, personnel, and information. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and the ability to manage security operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and initiate appropriate actions.
