Security Supervisor - Beverage (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our corporate office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and legal compliance, with a background in law (LLB) and 3-4 years of relevant experience. This role requires a proactive approach to safeguarding company assets, personnel, and information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring they are proficient in their duties and adhere to company standards.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.
- Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to security and safety.
- Manage visitor and contractor access, ensuring proper verification and authorization.
- Oversee the security of company property, including buildings, equipment, and inventory.
- Develop and conduct emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
