Security Supervisor - Internet Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Security Supervisor to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, with a strong understanding of security protocols and risk management within the internet industry. You will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, and implementing effective security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, including guards and surveillance personnel.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and respond to any incidents.
- Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national security regulations.
- Train security staff on security best practices, emergency procedures, and the use of security equipment.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and personnel.
