Seeking 2nd Engineer (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and innovative 2nd Engineer with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of our insurance product interfaces and customer experience workflows. This role involves translating complex insurance concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs, ensuring a seamless interaction for our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and pain points within the insurance domain.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital insurance platforms, policy management systems, and customer portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to define design requirements and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into compelling user experience designs that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Design and iterate on user flows, interaction models, and visual designs to optimize user journeys.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the fintech and insurtech sectors.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
