Seeking 4th Engineer (1-2 Yrs) for a Gaming MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 4th Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within our gaming platform. You will work closely with legal and engineering teams to interpret and implement regulations, manage contractual obligations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and agreements related to gaming operations.
* Conduct legal research on gaming laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the Indian market.
* Support the engineering and product teams in understanding and adhering to legal frameworks and policies.
* Help in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
* Analyze and interpret gaming-related legal precedents and their impact on business operations.
* Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies from a legal and regulatory perspective.
* Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and correspondence.
* Support the 4th Engineer and senior legal professionals in day-to-day legal tasks.
