Seeking 5th Engineer / TME (2-3 Yrs) for ONGC

Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented 5th Engineer / Technical Marine Engineer (TME) with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for supporting our offshore operations, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and contributing to the safe and efficient functioning of our vessels and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of maritime engineering principles, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to apply LLM knowledge to operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance and repair activities for marine machinery and equipment.
- Monitor vessel performance, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and surveys of vessel systems and machinery.
- Participate in the preparation of technical reports, logs, and documentation.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving operational and technical problems.
- Utilize analytical skills derived from LLM studies to interpret data, optimize processes, and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the deck and engine departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
