Seeking Accessory Designer (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative accessories for our medical devices, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and aesthetic appeal. This role is suitable for individuals who have completed their undergraduate degree and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their design capabilities. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design accessories for medical devices, considering user needs, ergonomic principles, and manufacturing feasibility.

- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, sketches, and prototypes using relevant software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with product requirements and business goals.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and product improvements.

- Develop design specifications, material recommendations, and production guidelines.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the medical device industry.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
