We are looking for an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Adventure Sports Guide to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a B.Tech/B.E. degree looking to leverage their technical background in a unique, hands-on environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading adventure sports activities for our employees, promoting team building, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct a variety of adventure sports activities (e.g., trekking, camping, basic water sports) tailored for corporate groups.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct pre-activity briefings and post-activity debriefings, explaining rules, safety procedures, and objectives.
• Manage and maintain adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored.
• Assist in developing new adventure sports programs and itineraries in collaboration with the HR and Events team.
• Provide basic first aid in case of minor injuries and coordinate emergency response if required.
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills among participants.
• Adapt activities based on participant skill levels, group size, and environmental conditions.
