Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Agency Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our agency partners, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and driving business growth within the industrial equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new agency partners.
Identify and onboard new agencies that align with the company's strategic goals.
Ensure all agency agreements and contracts are legally sound and compliant with relevant regulations.
Monitor agency performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
Conduct legal reviews of marketing materials and sales proposals generated by agencies.
Provide training and support to agencies on product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless agency operations.
Manage and resolve any disputes or legal issues that may arise with agency partners.
