Seeking Agency Manager (1-3 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Agency Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of distributors and partners, ensuring efficient product placement and sales growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical devices market and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential agency partners and distributors.

Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and sales.

Monitor agency performance, provide support, and drive sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines for product distribution.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.

Provide product training and support to agency staff as needed.
