We are looking for a dedicated and legally astute professional to join our dynamic team as an Airline Services - Other. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree, seeking to contribute to the operational and regulatory aspects of our airline services division within a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and supporting various legal and administrative functions related to our airline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements related to airline services, including vendor contracts, service level agreements, and partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day operational matters, addressing legal queries from various departments.
Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters, if any.
Manage and maintain legal documentation and records.
Conduct legal research on specific aviation-related issues.
Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
