Seeking Allied Health Manager (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Allied Health Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and coordinate the operations of allied health services within our organization. This role requires a graduate degree and is ideal for individuals who can manage teams, ensure quality of care, and drive efficiency in healthcare delivery, particularly within a corporate or technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of allied health programs to meet organizational goals and patient/client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for allied health departments.
- Manage and supervise a team of allied health professionals, including performance reviews and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency for allied health services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, IT, and administrative departments, to integrate services and improve patient/client outcomes.
