Seeking Analytics / BI Manager (3-5 Yrs) for a Film & Entertainment Company

We are looking for a driven and analytical individual to join our team as an Analytics / BI Manager. This role is crucial for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across our film and music content business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles, data analysis techniques, and a passion for the entertainment industry. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance, audience engagement, and revenue generation.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can inform content acquisition, marketing strategies, and distribution decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Content, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific business queries and strategic initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
