Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a B.Sc degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Analytics Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and process large datasets related to market trends, customer behavior, and project performance.
Develop and implement data models and analytical frameworks to uncover insights and patterns.
Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Assist in forecasting and predictive analysis for real estate market dynamics.
Collaborate with project teams to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
