Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Anchorperson with 0-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Chennai. The Anchorperson will be responsible for coordinating and managing various facility management operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective communication between clients and operational teams. This role requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills to handle day-to-day tasks and support the facility management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security schedules.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance.
- Monitor and track the progress of service requests and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Support the Facility Manager in implementing new processes and improving existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
