Seeking Architecture & Interior Design - Other (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our Corporate team as an Architecture & Interior Design - Other specialist. This role will involve supporting the planning, design, and execution of interior spaces for our corporate offices and project sites, ensuring alignment with brand standards and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of design sensibility and business acumen to contribute effectively to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of interior design concepts and space planning for corporate facilities.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and external vendors to ensure design intent is met.
- Support the procurement process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of interior works.
- Prepare project documentation, including mood boards, design presentations, and budget reports.
- Analyze design proposals and provide recommendations based on cost-effectiveness and functional efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand space requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends in architecture, interior design, and corporate workspace solutions.
