Seeking Assembly Engineer (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain coordination within the chemical industry. This role involves overseeing and optimizing assembly line operations to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor assembly processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Manage inventory of components and materials required for assembly, coordinating with the procurement team.
- Train and guide assembly line workers on operational procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on assembly performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of assembly line operations.
