Seeking Assembly Engineer (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembly Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing assembly processes for our advanced urban transport solutions, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of production and contributing to our mission of sustainable mobility. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is sufficient; Post Graduation is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient assembly line procedures and workflows.
• Troubleshoot assembly-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations during assembly.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product manufacturability.
• Monitor assembly performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and guide assembly line workers on best practices and new procedures.
• Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensure accuracy in production.
