Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and analytical Assembly Line Operator with 3-4 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced research methodologies and a deep understanding of material science and process engineering to optimize our paper production assembly lines. This role requires a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues on the assembly line using advanced statistical and scientific methods.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and methodologies applicable to paper manufacturing assembly processes.

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards and safety protocols.

Design and execute experiments to validate process improvements and new product introductions.

Train and mentor junior operators on advanced techniques and scientific principles related to assembly line operations.

Maintain detailed records of experiments, findings, and process adjustments.
