Seeking Asset Manager (3-5 Yrs) for a Pharmaceutical MNC

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have a strong understanding of asset management principles within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the company's tangible and intangible assets, ensuring their optimal utilization, maintenance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date asset register, including all details such as acquisition cost, depreciation, location, and user.

Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular physical verification of assets to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or potential loss.

Manage the lifecycle of assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance, repair, and eventual disposal.

Oversee the maintenance schedules and service contracts for various company assets to ensure operational efficiency.

Track and manage asset depreciation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational departments to ensure seamless asset management processes.

Prepare regular reports on asset status, utilization, and financial implications for management review.

Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost reduction.
