Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies, reporting them to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Support sales staff in achieving store sales targets and promoting products.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in training and mentoring new store staff.
