upGrad Campus is looking for a dedicated and organized Associate Nurse Unit Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the smooth functioning of our student wellness and healthcare support services at our Nasik campus. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff, aligning with our commitment to holistic student development. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and a passion for healthcare management within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Unit Manager in the daily operations of the healthcare unit, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
* Provide basic nursing care, first aid, and health counselling to students and staff as needed.
* Manage and maintain health records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
* Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical attention when required.
* Organize and conduct health awareness programs, workshops, and vaccination drives for students.
* Oversee inventory management for medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Support in the implementation of health and safety policies across the campus.
* Assist in managing student health insurance claims and related administrative tasks.
* Act as a point of contact for students and parents regarding health-related queries.
* Contribute to the development and review of healthcare policies and procedures.
