Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Audit & Control team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assurance and compliance within the dynamic KPO and Analytics industry. You will work closely with senior team members to support various control activities and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of internal control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in data analysis to identify potential control deviations or risks.
- Support the preparation of audit reports and findings.
- Learn and apply audit methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of control processes.
