Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Developer with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability in our aerospace and defence projects. This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles, programming languages, and testing methodologies within a corporate defence environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for software and hardware systems.
- Implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, production) to understand automation requirements and integrate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Document automation procedures, test cases, and results.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and apply them to enhance existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the defence sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategies and best practices.
