Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Back End Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who are looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a technology-driven financial services environment. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems that support our diverse financial product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, ensuring data integrity.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, leveraging your BBA/BBM acumen.
