Seeking Banquet Manager (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our banquet operations at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless event execution, client satisfaction, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) with a strong understanding of event aesthetics, spatial planning, and client-facing roles, coupled with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement banquet strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Manage all pre-event planning, including client consultations, menu selection, and B.Des-informed space utilization and decoration.

Supervise event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Lead and train banquet staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
