This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and a deep understanding of process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize MCA-level skills in database management and software application analysis to support BPO operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and recommendations.
- Provide insights and support for technology-driven solutions in a BPO environment.
