Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Beauty & Personal Care professional with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma background. This role is crucial for developing and managing product formulations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the innovation within our beauty and personal care division, which is operating as a startup within a larger established group. You will be instrumental in bringing new products to market and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research and development of new beauty and personal care product formulations, focusing on efficacy, safety, and market trends.
- Conduct stability testing and efficacy studies for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Ensure all product development activities comply with Indian regulatory standards (e.g., CDSCO, BIS).
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to translate product concepts into tangible, market-ready items.
- Maintain detailed records of formulations, experiments, and batch production.
- Source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients for product development.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and provide technical support.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor product analysis.
