We are looking for a motivated and diligent Blue Collar Recruiter with 0-1 years of experience, possessing an LLB degree, to join our HR team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for sourcing and onboarding a significant number of blue-collar employees within our hardware and networking operations. You will play a key part in ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for blue-collar roles using various channels, including job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Understand and interpret legal compliance aspects related to hiring and employment in India, leveraging your LLB background.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment progress.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Adhere to company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
