Seeking Boom Operator (1-2 Yrs) for a Public Sector Undertaking

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Boom Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have a foundational understanding of pharmaceutical production processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production lines, particularly in the handling and dispensing of raw materials and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boom equipment used in the transfer and dispensing of bulk pharmaceutical ingredients and materials.
• Ensure accurate weighing and dispensing of raw materials according to batch manufacturing records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on boom equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and pharmacists to resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
• Document all activities accurately in production logs and relevant records.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and packaging components as needed.
