Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who is eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced health-tech startup. You will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating them into actionable strategies to enhance our platform and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features and product enhancements.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for operational efficiency improvements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
Assist in the creation of process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered solutions meet business needs.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the health and wellness sector.
