We are looking for a motivated C & B Management professional with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial in supporting our compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for adjustments.
- Support in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits records.
