Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior cabin crew members.
- Ensure all pre-flight checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries promptly.
- Serve meals and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and orderliness throughout the flight.
- Respond to passenger requests and emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Support the senior cabin crew in managing service delivery and passenger satisfaction.
- Participate in post-flight duties, including debriefing and reporting.
