The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective campus recruitment strategies to attract and onboard top talent from educational institutions. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with universities and students. A Graduation Not Required background is acceptable, provided the candidate possesses the necessary experience and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and build relationships with target universities, colleges, and technical institutes.
- Plan and execute campus hiring events, including job fairs, information sessions, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the selection process.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand on campus.
- Manage intern and trainee programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants.
