You will be responsible for guiding and supporting employees in their professional growth, helping them identify career paths, develop necessary skills, and achieve their career aspirations within Rail Vikas Nigam Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including training, skill-building, and experience-building opportunities.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies tailored to the railway industry.
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as career planning, skill enhancement, and navigating organizational changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands within the Indian railway sector.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to identify employee development needs and align career paths with organizational objectives.
- Maintain confidential records of coaching sessions and progress.
- Offer support and motivation to employees facing career challenges or transitions.
