Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Coach with 2-4 years of experience to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a passion for guiding individuals in their professional development within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in helping employees identify their career aspirations, develop personalized growth plans, and navigate career opportunities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
Develop and implement personalized career development plans, including training, mentorship, and project-based learning opportunities.
Provide guidance on internal mobility, promotions, and skill enhancement relevant to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Facilitate workshops and group sessions on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional branding.
Collaborate with HR business partners and line managers to understand talent needs and align career development initiatives.
Track and report on the effectiveness of career coaching programs and employee engagement in development initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging roles, and skill requirements within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
